Daily Log

Exercise-  No new Bodyrock, so I made up my own again.  Did 18 rounds of weighted & non-weighted cardio intervals.  Did 6 rounds of Ab intervals.  And 6 rounds of inner/outer thigh intervals.  5 mins of yoga stretching.  And of course, my daily trips up and down the stairs.

Food-

Breakfast – 4oz. unsweetened cranberry juice, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheese, cilantro & 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup fresh pineapple

Snack- 4oz dark chocolate w/maca, 1/2 orange

Lunch- 2 scrambled eggs w/cheese (it is our last day here at the beach so we are eating up what food is left and it is slim pickins!)

Dinner- Went to Bubba Gump’s- split a strawberry lemondade w/hubby, had 3 of his french fries, 4 bites spinach artichoke dip (no chips), & my real food was a Berry Pear Salad.  It was really good:))  mixed greens, raspberries, strawberries, red pear, sprinkle of pecans and feta with a raspberry vinaigrette

Snack- 1/4 cup pineapple & detox tea

We’ll be on the road all day tomorrow headed back to Memphis.  Hopefully I won’t succumb to fast food and gas station fare;)

Just as a note to myself- my stomach really hurt after lunch and again after dinner-  it was directly related to eating, but not sure what to make of it.
