Daily Log

Sleep- Great!  11pm-7:20 am.  My daughter did wake me up during the night, but I was able to go back to sleep.

Exercise- 20 mins rebounder, 12 mins high-intensity intervals, 75 push ups (1/2 regular 1/2 girl), 30 weighted sit-ups on stability ball, 100 sumo squat/leg lifts w/sandbag, 75 triceps dips, 100 box step ups w/sandbag, 10 mins yoga


Breakfast- 1 cup leftover sweet potato hash

Snack- 1/2 orange, handful marcona almonds

Lunch – 1 1/2 cups paleo chili w/ cheese

Paleo chili- grass fed ground beef, natural raised sausage, celery, tomatoes, 8-ball squash, organic chicken stock, onion, garlic, spices

Dinner- 1/2 cup rainbow chard w/onions and garlic, 1 cup childhood casserole

Childhood casserole- This was something my mom used to make a million years ago and I just got a weird hankering for it tonight.  It is a layer of shredded organic potatoes, a layer of organic sauerkraut (or cabbage), a layer of grass-fed ground beef seasoned like taco meat, and cheese on top.  Sounds weird, but it was really good and the kids loved it:))

So far so good this week on the caffeine and alcohol.
