Daily Log

on June 3, 2012

Still out of town, so no scales.

Sleep- Fantastic.  No kiddos woke me up. Woohoo!  10:30-6:30.

Exercise- 90 minute bike ride w/husband, later in day another 20 min bike ride, 30 minute leisurely walk w/hubby

Breakfast- 2 sausage patties, 2 scrambled eggs

Snack- handful of almonds, organic apple

Lunch- 4oz. grilled burger (no bun), 1 oz. cheese, 2 tsp mayo, lettuce, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/2 cup sweet potatoes

Dinner- very unorganized before hitting the road- few bites of leftover sweet potatoes & few bites of plain burger, another handful of almonds

Next Paleo Challenge starts tomorrow- No White Potatoes- I have to say that this will probably not last forever, but I am going to commit to it while I am trying to lose this 10 pounds
