Daily Log

W:eight = 123.4 Another TINY drop, but good

Sleep- Better again.  11:00-6:50.  Woke up once around 4 but went right back to sleep

Exercise – 60 min walk at 3.8 on treadmill, 10 mins on rebounder, Bodyrock Lite workout (sumo squats, leg lifts, push-ups, plank hold, skaters)


Breakfast- 2 organic turkey sausages, 1 tomato, 1/2 avocado, 3 organic strawberries, 3 bites pineapple

Snack – handful almonds, 1 peach, 1 oz cheese

Lunch – 2 cups organic baby spinach, 1 heart of palm, 1 organic grated carrot, 8 pecans, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 avocado, 2 tsp. chia seeds, 2 tbsp red onion, olive oil

Snack-  1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 oz dark chocolate

Dinner – 1 cup squash soup w/2tbsp parmesan cheese

Husband made the soup- so good!  Just onions, garlic, yellow squash, zucchini, chicken stock & ginger- yummy and low cal.
