Daily Log

So this is yesterday’s log.  I am hoping that I remember it.  I was so tired last night that I just went to bed without doing it.  That may prove to be mistake as at the moment I can’t remember what I ate!  Oh well, here goes.

Sleep-  Pretty good.  11:00-6:00 No kids, no interruptions

Exercise – 10 minutes on rebounder, 18 mins Bodyrock intervals with sandbag (still 14 lbs), 4 mins Bodyrock Ab intervals, 10 mins yoga stretching

Food-

Breakfast- spring scramble (see yesterday for details), 1 peach

Snack – vegan vibrancy bar- It was just ok.  Didn’t love it.

Lunch – 1 cup squash soup, 1 oz cheese, 12 almonds, 1 cup organic strawberries

Snack – 1 tbsp almond butter, 2 small squares dark chocolate (and yes I am having a chocolate problem right now.  Not quite sure when I am going to address that.)

Dinner – grilled chicken salad at restaurant.  Not very good- made me realize how good the quality is of the food we make at home.

There are no weight updates right now because my scales are broken.  Probably divine interventions because I think I feel better now knowing.  I am looking into getting Tanita body-fat scales so I can measure things other than just my weight.  I will keep you updated.
