Daily Log

Sleep – 11-6:45

Exercise – 60 minute treadmill walk at 4.0

Breakfast – 3 scrambled eggs in 1 tsp coconut oil, 1/2 cup organic strawberries w/1 tbsp chopped pecans

Snack – 1/2 orange, handful almonds

Lunch – 5 oz chicken with 2 tbsp basil pesto, 1 tbsp pine nuts, 8 kalamata olives

Snack – 1 orange, handful raw mixed nuts

Dinner – same as lunch

Other – had a girl’s night in with my best friend since elementary school.  Her husband was traveling to Uganda so we watched funny tv shows and tracked his flight in our pjs.  I had 1 1/2 glasses of wine, 1/2 cup of coconut milk dairy free, gluten free ice cream and 4 baked Doritos.

Symptoms – Hair loss has improved considerably.  Bloated and nauseated today:(
