Daily Log

Sleep- Another good 8 hours:)

Exercise– I did yoga while listening to Psalms 6-10, Proverbs 2, and Matthew 3-5.  Not really sure how long that was.  I am not really keeping up with time during this activity.  Then I did my 9am CrossFit class. a The WOD was 25 knees to elbows which involved hanging from a bar and then bringing (as described)  your knees to your elbows without swinging your body. Then we did wall balls which is throwing a weighted ball against the wall and catching it while coming down into a squat. We did sets of 40-30-20-10 with a 400 meter run in between each set.  We capped it off with another 25 knee to elbows.  My time was 18:16. It was a little brutal. Thought I might throw up actually!  But I didn’t:)

Veggie Scramble

This veggie scramble was 2 eggs, red bell pepper, artichoke, sundried tomato, red onion and garlic. Delish!

Snack – Another almond flour banana nut muffin.

Lunch – 2 Tbsp chunky natural peanut butter on gluten-free whole grain toast, 1 white peach, 5 cherries

Snack – Part of a protein bar- shared with kids

Dinner

Sausage Kale Soup

This was so easy and good.  Organic turkey kielbasa, purple kale, onion, garlic and organic gluten free chicken stock.
