Daily Log-Whole 30 Day 20

Sleep- 12:30-6:15.  Not great, but better.  Must have been the 2 vodka tonics and ice cream:)  Then I got to wake up to this face-

Exercise

2.89 mile interval run-38:42.  It took us a while because we actually ran to the Publix down the street for breakfast food.  The clock was running the whole time we were shopping and then we got in a line with a dear sweet man named Peter (our checker) who was so friendly and asked us all about what brought us to Nashville.  Gotta love the South;)  Then we did a 12 minute Bodyrock workout on Todd and Summer’s back porch.

1.Side to Side on a chair

2. 2 Low walking squats with an overhead press (17 pound sandbag)

3. Touchdowns

4. 3 level squats with the sandbag on alternating shoulders
